    Emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of nursing graduates from the pediatric service of a public hospital Lima - 2022.

    Objective: To identify the sociodemographic and family characteristics of mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months with anemia in the district of Santa Rosa. Material and methods: The methodological approach used was quantitative, non-experimental, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive. The sample consisted of 114 mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months with anemia, being selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research. To measure the sociodemographic and family characteristics, the Family Technical Sheet instrument was used, which includes 17 items grouped into 3 dimensions. A pilot test was conducted on 20 mothers to demonstrate its reliability and validity.
