Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of high-flow nasal cannula use in adults affected by acute respiratory failure(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-10-13) García Vilcapoma, Rosa Luz; Lozano Espejo, Evelyn Betty; Matta Solis, Hernan HugoObjective: To establish how job satisfaction is related to the performance of nurses in the emergency service at the EsSalud Hospital, Lima 2022. Materials and methods: Quantitative study, applied type, non-experimental or observational design, cross-sectional, and correlational scope, considering a population of 160 nurses and a sample of 113 nurses. Two instruments with acceptable validity and reliability criteria will be applied. The instrument measuring job satisfaction consists of 27 items and includes seven dimensions: administrative policy, relationship with authorities, physical and material conditions, social relationships, personal development, labor and/or remuneration benefits, and task performance. Meanwhile, the questionnaire measuring job performance consists of 28 items and includes four dimensions: personal development and training, responsibility, motivation and leadership, and teamwork. Descriptive analysis will include tables according to quantity and percentage, and inferential analysis will use the Spearman’s Rho coefficient.Ítem Acceso abierto Mother's level of knowledge about early stimulation in infants under 1 year old at the growth and development office of a health center, Manchay.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-22) Lozano Espejo, Evelyn Betty; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaObjective: To determine the level of knowledge of mothers regarding early stimulation in infants under one year old who visit the growth and development clinic of a health center in Manchay, 2020. Materials and methods: The study is quantitative, with a cross-sectional-descriptive design. The population will consist of 224 mothers of infants under one year old attending the growth and development clinic. The sample will be 142 mothers, with inclusion criteria focused on those attending the clinic and signing consent. A survey with a Likert scale will be applied, covering the following topics: stimulation of sensory skills, motor skills, language, and cognitive development. Statistical analysis will be performed using descriptive statistics and SPSS.
