    Resilience and stress in nurses of the emergency service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, Lima 2023

    Objective: To determine how resilience is related to stress among nurses in the Emergency Department of Edgardo Rebagliati Hospital, Lima, 2023. Research Method: The study followed the hypothetical-deductive method, where a hypothesis was formulated in response to a problem and tested using statistical evidence collected through a general-to-specific approach. The survey technique was used due to its standardized procedures and cost-effectiveness for the study. The process began with the submission of required documents for approval to conduct the survey with 80 nursing professionals. Once authorized, a 20-minute induction session was conducted via Zoom to explain the objectives and importance of the research to all participants. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms, which facilitated data systematization into an Excel spreadsheet. The resulting matrix was imported into SPSS 26.0 for descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
