Quality of care and patient satisfaction under hemodialysis treatment in a private clinic, 2023

This research aims to: Determine what relationship exists between quality of care and patient satisfaction in hemodialysis treatment in a private clinic, 2023. The methodology: the development of the research will be directed with a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative, descriptive and applied approach, in addition to working with a sample of 102 hemodialysis patients in a private clinic, 2023, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be; a questionnaire for the quality of care of the author Rosales and for patient satisfaction will be used the Servqual of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry, which are reliable and already validated; both instruments have a high level of reliability, an 896 of Cronbach's alpha for the self-care questionnaire and a 0.800 for the Servqual questionnaire, in the case of data collection will proceed with the application of the questionnaires in an average of 25 minutes per respondent, which will be reflected in a database with the answers of the sample which will be analyzed at a descriptive statistical level, through tables and figures and in the case of inferential statistics to test the study hypotheses will proceed with the application of Spearman's Rho test, which has a degree of confidence of 95% and a margin of error of 5%.
