Methodology: it was cross-sectional, prospective and correlational. A rating scale was used: Evaluation 360, through which information on performance was collected, and the interview was applied to collect the competencies of the nurses. The sample consisted of 173 nursing professionals. Results: The competencies of the professionals were: excellent 21%, good: 53% and fair: 26%, the final performance values were: fair: 27%, good: 54% and excellent: 19%. Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between professional skills and job performance of the nurses at Hospital III de Emergencias Grau.Publicación Acceso abierto Efectividad de un programa educativo en el nivel de conocimiento y práctica sobre prevención de cáncer cervical en adultas jóvenes, Trujillo 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2015-10-07) López Lavado, Milusca Mardeli; Vargas De La Cruz, Verónica del Pilar; Lozano Zanelly, Glenn AlbertoThe main purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the educational program at the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer in young adults, Trujillo 2014, using as variables the effectiveness of the educational program, the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer and user characteristics. The assumption made was that the education program is effective in improving the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer in young adults - Trujillo 2014. The research design corresponds to a quantitative study, quasi-experimental, prospective, longitudinal to measure the effectiveness of an educational program on knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer, the results of measurement of the variables are given in numerically. The population consisted of 40 women aged 20 to 40 who belong to the club of mothers Neighborhood 1B - Trujillo Alto, the current sample includes the entire population. Two surveys were used: one is the level of knowledge about prevention of cervical cancer, and other, preventive practice of cervical cancer. We conclude that the education program is effective in improving the level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer in young adults, Area 1B - Trujillo Alto. The level of knowledge and practice on prevention of cervical cancer increases after participating in the educational program for young adults. Its objective was to determine the relationship between quality of care and customer satisfaction.Material and Method: quantitative approach, applicative type, non-experimental design, correlational scope. The sample was 100 patients. The technique was the survey, applying two instruments: Quality of care questionnaire and user satisfaction. For inferential statistics, the SPSS version 22 program was used.Results: the quality of care of the physical therapy and rehabilitation center of the Hospital de Solidaridad de Carabayllo is high (71%) mostly. Regarding customer satisfaction, 23% indicate they are satisfied and 26% are somewhat satisfied, and 19% are not satisfied at all. The dimensions Reliability, Security, Empathy and Tangible elements of the quality of care are associated with the variable customer satisfaction. Not so the Sensitivity dimension, which has no association with customer satisfaction. There is a relationship between the quality of care and customer satisfaction, its significance being 0.000, and less than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, with a moderate positive correlation (0.429) between the two variables.Conclusion. Perú, 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2016-09-29) Jiménez Chunga, Elisa Roxana; Lozano Zanelly, Glenn AlbertoNurses' level of knowledge about pressure ulcers before and after training at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases Peru, 2014, is a thesis motivated by the concern to improve the quality of life of patients with pressure ulcers, taking As the main objective to determine the level of knowledge of nurses, before and after training on pressure ulcers. The research was applied in a descriptive, quasi experimental, prospective, observational cross - sectional design. The sample included the total of the population of nurses of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases who worked in 2014, which were 90 participants. Validated instruments adapted to the research were used. The main hypothesis was that nurses' level of knowledge about pressure ulcers varies before and after training. It was concluded that the level of knowledge is medium before the training of nurses, after which the level of this knowledge was high both in the preventive measures of pressure ulcers; As well as with the use of ulcer risk rating scales. Continuous training programs are recommended to maintain the optimal level of knowledge of nurses; Thus avoiding the complications of pressure ulcers and improving the quality of life of patients.
