    The objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of Technical Directors regarding Good Pharmacovigilance Practices in drugstores in Lima in 2022. A correlational, cross-sectional, and prospective study was conducted. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire that contained 12 questions on knowledge of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices and 5 statements to classify attitude using a Likert scale. The questionnaires were administered both virtually and manually to a sample of 47 Technical Directors in the San Isidro district of Lima. Results: 85.1% of the evaluated Technical Directors had a high level of knowledge about Good Pharmacovigilance Practices, and 91.5% had a favorable attitude toward them. It was also found that Technical Directors with a high and medium level of knowledge (47) and a favorable attitude (43) represented a proportion of 91.5% of the study population. However, no correlation was found between the two study variables, as there was no statistical significance according to the Spearman's correlation coefficient (p-value = 0.91).
