    Objective: To evaluate the relationship between healthy lifestyles and nutritional status in high school students from an educational institution in Magdalena del Mar, 2022. Methodology: The study employed a quantitative, hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional approach. The instrument was a 25-question questionnaire administered to 120 high school students. To process the data, the software "SPSS v-25" was used, and the analysis of the dimensions of the variables "Healthy lifestyles" and "Nutritional status" was conducted. A normality test was performed to determine the correlation statistic, and Spearman's Rho was used to test the hypotheses. Results: The results reveal that a healthy relationship in the variable "healthy lifestyles" is associated with a normal level in the variable "nutritional status" in 49.2% of 59 students, followed by an unhealthy relationship in the variable "healthy lifestyles" with a normal level in the variable "nutritional status" in 43.3% of 52 students. Other relationships were minor at 3.3%. Conclusion: The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between healthy lifestyles and nutritional status in high school students from an educational institution in Magdalena del Mar, 2022 (Rho=0.2, p=0.002).
