    Work stress of the nursing staff of the emergency service, Hospital Marino Molina Scippa, Comas 2022

    The purpose of this research was to determine the level of work-related stress among nursing staff in the emergency department of Marino Molina Scippa Hospital, Comas, 2022. A deductive method was applied, with an applied research type, a quantitative approach, and a non-experimental design, using a sample of 84 nursing professionals from the emergency department of Marino Molina Scippa Hospital, Comas, who answered a questionnaire aimed at measuring the work-related stress variable. The main findings revealed that 47.53% of the respondents exhibited high levels of work-related stress, followed by 36.42% who showed moderate levels, and finally, 16.05% had low levels. It was concluded that most of the participants in the sample experienced high levels of stress due to the demands of the environment in which they work.
