    All professions imply a risk inherent to the very nature of the specialty and the environment in which the worker works. In their activities, maintenance professionals are exposed to multiple and varied occupational risks derived from the handling of tools, exposure due to the handling of solid waste, risks inherent to the physical environment, manipulation of chemical elements, ergonomic risks, and psychosocial situations that can have negative repercussions. only in health but also in performance. Likewise, the maintenance workers who work at this Private University are also exposed to occupational risks, such as exposure to biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic risks and, in many cases, psychosocial risks, all of which lead to the probability of suffering occupational accidents. which can be mild to lethal, in addition to these dangers and conditions could cause work-related illnesses.
