    Objective: Demonstrate how the organizational climate is related to job satisfaction in nurses in a Hospital Del Callao, 2021. Material and method: The research responds to the deductive method, has a quantitative approach, is applied, cross-sectional correlational, the population that constitutes it There are a total of 98 nursing graduates from a Hospital in Callao, the survey technique was used and the instruments are the Organizational Climate and Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, its validity was made content and was submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, obtaining a value of 0.8384 in the first variable and 0.943 in the second respectively, which indicated very high reliability. The data processing will be done using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, Excel for Windows 2016 was also used to empty the data according to a matrix structured as a database in relation to the instrument. measurement.
