Ítem Restringido Assessment of risk factors of the immediate newborn carried out by nursing, related to Apgar score, in a hospital in Lima-2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-11) Malpartida Ariza, Lily Dayana; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Determine how the assessment of the risk factors of the immediate newborn, carried out by nursing, is related to the Apgar score in a hospital in Lima-2022. Methodology: Non-experimental, cross-sectional, hypothetical-deductive design, with a quantitative approach, applied type. Population: 120 medical records of newborns who must meet the inclusion criteria. Instrument: the data collection sheet, where the information obtained from the assessment of the 4 dimensions will be placed through the responses to the 21 items. Conclusions: the relationship that exists between the assessment of risk factors of the immediate newborn carried out by nursing and the score obtained with the Apgar Test applied to the newborn in one minute and five minutes of extrauterine life will be confirmed or denied.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of health promotion and occupational disease prevention programs in the workplace(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-02) Malpartida Ariza, Lily Dayana; Angles Yanqui, Rosnery del Pilar; Borda Izquierdo, AlejandroThe objective of this research is: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the health promotion and prevention of occupational diseases program in the workplace, Materials and Methods: it was a Systematic Review with an observational and retrospective research design, as it is an essential tool to systematize the results of various scientific investigations. Evidence-based nursing is characterized by its rigorous methodology, identifying select studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. The present investigation has been limited to articles specific to the research topic, the selected articles were subjected to rigorous analysis and reading, the grade system was used to determine the strength of recommendation. Results: For this research, 10 scientific articles with the highest level of evidence were selected. Conclusions: According to the research analyzed, the health promotion program in the workplace is effective in preventing occupational diseases.
