Ítem Acceso abierto The quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of parents of neonates hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a Clinic in Lima in the year 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-05) Malpartida Caldas, Gina Hernestina; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioFor parents of newborns, the quality of nursing care is essential as it directly impacts their babies' experience and well-being. Nurses play a crucial role in newborn care due to their direct and continuous interaction with the infants during their stay. This project aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and parental satisfaction. The study employs applied research using the hypothetical-deductive method with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design, correlational scope, and a cross-sectional framework. The population consists of 80 parents of newborns, to whom two questionnaires will be administered to measure the two variables. The data will be processed using statistical software, and the results will validate the proposed hypotheses. Spearman's Rho coefficient will be applied to establish the relationship between the variables.
