Objective: To determine the relationship between lumbar disability and hamstring flexibility in patients at a health center in Lima during 2022. An observational, correlational, and cross-sectional study was conducted. The sample consisted of 90 patients from a health center. The instruments used were the Oswestry Disability Index and the hamstring flexibility test. A higher number of females were found in the sample. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between functional disability and hamstring flexibility (p=0.000).
