    The main purpose of the study was. Determine how the level of work stress is related to the resilience of the emergency nursing professional of a public hospital, Lima 2021, using a quantitative approach, with a type of applied research, with a descriptive and correlational level with a non-experimental design, and cross section, considering a population of 100 nursing professionals from the nursing service, obtaining a sample of 49 workers from said nursing area, who applied two questionnaires, one for the work stress variable called the BURNOUT Inventory of Maslach (MBI) by Cristina Maslach (1977) and Susan E. Jackson (1980) and one for resilience by Wagnild and Young (ER), which are validated and have their reliability and the information will be processed using the SPSS statistical program. version 26.0 to obtain the results of the descriptive and inferential analysis.
