Ítem Acceso abierto Lifestyles and work stress in the nursing staff of the San José Villa el Salvador health center, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-07) Manco Zavala, Rosmery Malena; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoObjective: Determine how Lifestyles are related to Work Stress in the nursing staff of the San José Health Center, Villa El Salvador, Lima, 2022. Material and Methods: The methodology was based on a hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach , with a non-experimental, transversal and correlational design, with a population and sample made up of 80 people, including nurses and nursing technicians who work at the San José health center. The instruments that will be used to measure variables will be the Lifestyle questionnaire (PEP-SI) created by Nola Pender – Modified by the researcher Paola Gabriela Tenesaca Cabrera and the Work Stress questionnaire by Maslach. The results indicated that lifestyles are related to work stress in nursing professionals in an inversely proportional manner, with a correlation coefficient of -0.537. In terms of greater application of lifestyles, there is a lower presence of work stress. and vice versa in the nursing staff of the San José Villa el Salvador Health Center, Lima 2022.
