Materials and Methods: Quantitative approach, following a descriptive and cross-sectional model. The result of the study will optimize corrective measures of a preventive nature, which will lead to the reduction of stress in personnel who work in ambulances, as well as the promotion of optimal work environments for said personnel to offer superior care and prevent injuries or complications to their employees. patients. The population in this study will consist of 40 ambulance workers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. One of the instruments to be used will be a Maslach questionnaire with 22 questions, measuring them in 3 dimensions of the following: Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment to measure the level of stress, ending in high, medium and low stress. For working conditions, a 15-question questionnaire divided into 3 dimensions will be used: physical, psychological and social condition. The data will be tabulated manually using the scores of the scale already determined according to the codes already assigned, then each questionnaire will be added and It will statistically classify the result.
