    The present study arises as a scientific need that seeks to indicate evidence on the behavior of the variables in a very demanding healthcare scenario where the work is very rigorous and demands timely intervention to save people's lives. The objective of Determining the relationship between the quality of professional life and job satisfaction in Nurses of the Emergency Service of the Hospital of Ica, 2023, a study with a quantitative approach, of a descriptive correlational type, with a non-experimental design, in a sample has been established. census of 42 nursing professionals from the emergency service, two questionnaires will be applied using the survey as a technique, data collection will take place in the emergency service, the information will be processed in the SPS V. 25 program using statistical tools Descriptive and inferential, the results sought are to demonstrate the relationship or independence of the study variables.
