    In order to identify the level of compliance of the administrative process in health and its relationship with the level of quality of care perceived by the users in the surgery service of the National Hospital PNP "Luis N. Sáenz" Lima-2016, Was developed an explanatory, prospective, prolective and longitudinal study, the sample was the same as the population and consisted of all the professionals who added 29. In the results, when analyzing the relationship between the level of compliance of the administrative process in the planning dimension and the level of quality of care perceived by users of the surgery service, this association was only found with the dimensions of flexibility in planning activities and strategies, and the direction of following a strategic plan. There is no statistical relationship between the level of compliance of the administrative process in the organizational dimension and the level of quality of care perceived by the users of the surgery service. The relationship between the level of compliance of the administrative process in the management dimension and the level of quality of care perceived by the users of the surgery service does not show a relationship with statistical significance. Finally, when analyzing the relationship between the level of compliance of the administrative process and the level of quality of care perceived by users of the surgery service, it does not show statistical significance. It is concluded that the level of compliance of the administrative process is not statistically related to the level of quality of care perceived by users in the Surgery Service of the PNP "Luis N. Sáenz" National Hospital.
