Material and method: This research is quantitative, basic descriptive, cross-sectional, and will be carried out at the José Casimiro Ulloa Hospital in the Emergency service with a population of 45 Nurses according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the technique used was the survey and a questionnaire was applied with a block of sociodemographic questions and Job satisfaction The SPSS v.25 program will be used for data analysis.
