Ítem Acceso abierto Level of stress and anxiety in nursing professionals working in high-complexity areas of Hospital Vitarte, Lima - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-01) Marcatoma Robles, Lucy; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: To determine the relationship between the level of stress and anxiety in nursing professionals who work in highly complex areas of the Hospital de Vitarte, Lima - 2023. Methodology: The study was carried out using the hypothetical deductive method, of a quantitative approach, of an applied type, of a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, and of a correlational level. Results: It wasfound in the resultsthat 65.7% of the participants presented a regular level of stress, 30.6% a low level of stress and 3.7% a high level of stress. Likewise, 58.3% showed a regular level of anxiety, 37% showed a low level of anxiety and 4.6% showed a high level of anxiety. There is a relationship between the physical dimension and anxiety, where the value of p = 0.000 (< 0.05). There is a relationship between the psychological dimension and anxiety, where the result of the value of p = 0.000 (< 0.05). There is a relationship between the social dimension and anxiety, it was found that the result of the value of p = 0.000 (< 0.05). Conclusions: According to the results, it is determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected; In addition, the value of Rho according to Spearman was equal to 0.841, which is why it is determined that the correlation is high positive.
