    Occupational stress and skeletal muscle symptomatology of the workers of the Eleazar Guzmán Barrón Hospital 202

    The issue of safety and health has become the main agenda to guarantee a safe work environment that does not represent a risk to employees; Therefore, health personnel's experiences of musculoskeletal pain are mainly related to psychosocial factors; that is, it presents a positive relationship between somatic stress symptoms, including stomach pain, headache, palpitations, and musculoskeletal discomfort or pain. Objective: Determine the relationship between work stress and skeletal muscle symptoms of the workers at the Eleazar Guzmán Barrón 2022 Hospital. Material and Method: The approach will be quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 80 workers from all services of the Eleazar Guzmán Barrón Hospital. Therefore, to measure musculoskeletal symptoms, a Nordic questionnaire of adequate validity will be applied, with a value of p=0.85 measured by Crombach's Alpha. The same thing happened with work stress, a questionnaire posed by Ccasani; since a reliability of 0.909 was obtained, demonstrating that the instrument in question can be applied.
