Publicación Acceso abierto Aplicación de las herramientas digitales y recursos web 2.0 para el logro de competencias digitales de los docentes del instituto de educación superior privado de formación bancaria – Lima, 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-22) Marmanillo Santana, Jorge Luis; Meza Balvin, Sandra JeannetThe present research project whose theme is Application of Digital Tools and Web 2.0 Resources for the Achievement of Digital Competencies of Teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking Training CERTUS - Lima - Peru - 2014 ", deals with existing problems during the class sessions at the moment that the teachers have little knowledge on how to apply technological tools in their daily activities, likewise the students indicate that there is little interest in the fulfillment of their work, the teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking CERTUS Training of the academic year 2014, Lima is the lack of updated training in the use of pedagogical tools that help the development of the class, this due to the lack of academic advice regarding the utility that could have this tool causing an insufficient academic coordination difficult generation of nu evo models of information sharing, the methodology to be used for the study, methods and techniques of information collection were applied with surveys directed to the teachers of the institution as a study population, in addition statistical statistical tools were used to have a better analysis of the results , then proceeded to the development of a training on the management of web 2.0 tools for teachers of the Institute of Private Higher Education Banking Training, thus helping to improve the teaching-learning process for teachers in students of the educational institution, since by strengthening the use and use of digital tools and web 2.0 resources, progress will be made in updating new content for curricular activities in the different subjects, thereby improving the teaching-learning process as well as the use of content educational activities that contribute to the interaction and communication between the teacher and the students.
