    Nivel de atención farmacéutica en pacientes con diabetes atendidos en la farmacia Centro de Salud Túpac Amaru de Villa – Chorrillos, 2023

    The general objective was: To determine the level of pharmaceutical care provided to diabetic patients at the Túpac Amaru de Villa Health Center Pharmacy – Chorrillos, 2023. Methodology: Deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type; non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive research design. The estimated population was 180 patients, with inclusion and exclusion criteria; the probabilistic sample included 123 patients. Validity was ensured through expert judgment, and reliability was measured with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.803. Data processing and analysis were completed, adhering to ethical principles. Results: 53.7% stated that the pharmaceutical chemist always provided good care to the patient, promptly and according to their needs. 30.1% indicated that the pharmaceutical chemist almost always informed the patient about the adverse effects of the medication, and 42.3% said that the pharmaceutical chemist almost never evaluated the prescription. Conclusion: The level of pharmaceutical care provided to diabetic patients at the Túpac Amaru de Villa Health Center Pharmacy – Chorrillos, 2023, was determined to be good, as 53.7% and 37.4% reported that the pharmaceutical chemist always or almost always attended to patients promptly and according to their needs.
