    Organizational climate and job satisfaction in nurses at a surgical center of a Hospital in Lima 2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in nurses at the Surgical Center of a Hospital in Lima, 2022. Material and method: This research is a hypothetical deductive model, quantitative, observational and correlational approach. The population consisted of 36 nurses, the data collection technique was the survey and the organizational climate scale consisting of 53 items and 10 dimensions will be applied, which was validated by Litwin and Stringer in 2018 through expert judgment and reliability taking into account Cronbach's alpha coefficient which gave a value of 0.790 and the job satisfaction scale consisting of 36 items will also be applied, validated by Sonia Palma through the KMO test, obtaining a value of 0.85 and reliability through Cronbach's alpha which gave a value of 0.790. These instruments will be applied through the Google Form, after coordination with each of the participants.
