Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and practice of exclusive breastfeeding in primigravida adolescent mothers in a health center in Lima – 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-03-03) Martínez Quispe, Amalia Cristina; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioObjective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in primigravid adolescent mothers in a health center in Lima - 2024. Methodology: The research will be qualitative and will use the hypothetical-deductive method, the type of research will be applied, the design will be non-experimental, the cut will be transversal and the level will be correlational. As for the population, 90 adolescent mothers from the center in Lima will be considered. The technique to be used will be the survey and observation, and the instruments used will be the questionnaire and the Practice Guide. The instruments were previously validated and are questionnaires that will measure the variables, namely: the questionnaire to measure knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding which has a reliability coefficient of 0.971 Cronbach's Alpha and the exclusive breastfeeding practice guide with a Kuder Richardson coefficient obtained was 0.720; the results will be tabulated to elaborate the necessary statistics and, if necessary, interpreted by means of tables and graphs. Finally, the degree of relationship between both variables will be evaluated, which will give an answer to the proposed objective through Spearman's Rho.
