    Estudio de las formulaciones magistrales de ivermectina elaboradas en oficinas farmacéuticas en Lima, utilizadas en el tratamiento de la pandemia de COVID-19 setiembre a noviembre del 2020

    The general objective was to determine the physicochemical parameters that would be used for the study of Ivermectin magistral formulations prepared in pharmaceutical offices in Lima and utilized in the treatment of the COVID-19 pandemic from September to November 2020. The following methodology was used: The research type, according to its function, is basic, with a qualitative and quantitative approach and an applicative scope with a quasi-experimental design. The technique utilized was a data collection form for the variables. The population and sample comprised Ivermectin magistral formulations from public and private institutions. The main conclusion was to determine the physical and chemical parameters present in the Ivermectin magistral formulations. Based on the USP 42 methodology as a reference, the analytical tests concluded that they do comply with the parameters established within the general chapters of USP 42.
