    According to the Pan American Health Organization, kidney diseases (RD) are the main causes of death and disease burden in the Region of the Americas in 2019. Hemodialysis becomes a health, financial and community problem for both the patient as well as for his family, thus facing a remodeling of his way of life. The objective of this research work is to establish the relationship between the dietary dimension and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Likewise, the research method will be descriptive, since its purpose is to summarize the data and information in relation to the elements, aspects, dimensions, properties of the agents, institutions and people of social processes. The focus of this study will be quantitative, since it will express the problem in relation to the study variables.
