Material and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic reviews were selected, as well as articles with full text. An objective reading was carried out of the selected articles, determining the quality and strength of evidence using the GRADE system. Results: At the end (10) articles were selected, of which we found 40% (4), corresponding to the country of Brazil, 20% (02) corresponding to the countries of Spain and Malaysia, and 10% (01) found the country of the United Kingdom and the United States with the same percentage. Being analyzed globally, mostly systematic reviews in 70%. Among randomized clinical trials we find the country of Spain, with 10%. In an observational study we find the country of the United Kingdom with 10%. Among a quasi-experimental study we find the country of Brazil, with 10%. Conclusions: The study concluded that there are various alternative non-surgical treatment alternatives also called conservative treatments for urinary incontinence in women such as vaginal cones, electro stimulation, biofeedback, bladder training, etc., which improve urinary incontinence but do not reach a definitive cure, before reaching surgical treatment, conservative treatment should be tried.
