Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de atención y grado de satisfacción de los usuarios de 5 boticas del paradero Huáscar del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-20) Ccahuana Solano, Mariluz; Masgo Hidalgo, Ruth; Esteves Pairazaman, Ambrocio TeodoroThe objective of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of care and the degree of satisfaction among users of five drugstores at the Huáscar bus stop in the San Juan de Lurigancho district, Lima, in 2021. The methodology used was deductive, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, and a non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design. The study worked with 384 users who visited the five drugstores. The technique was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert-type measurement scale for data collection, which was validated by three subject matter experts. Results: Regarding quality of care, 49.5% of users rated it as fair, and 50.5% rated it as high. Regarding the degree of satisfaction, 29.7% rated it as poor, 55.5% as fair, and 14.8% as good. The study concluded that a relationship does exist between quality of care and the degree of satisfaction (Spearman's Rho 0.787, p-value of 0.000).
