The technique with which information is collected is the survey and observation with its instruments the questionnaire of lifestyles and the prediction scale cardiovascular risk.Ítem Acceso abierto Work motivation and organizational commitment of health personnel in critical units, in an institute of neoplastic diseases of Junin, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-18) Matamoros Huayllani, Marco Antonio; Benavente Sanchez, Yennys KatiuscaThe objective of the research is to determine the relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment of health personnel in critical units, in an institute of neoplastic diseases in Junín, 2024. The descriptive research is a hypothetical deductive method, which is a research descriptive cross-sectional correlation, that is, it characterizes the frequency with which something happens in a certain group of people where it will be carried out through a survey that consists of two questionnaires: the Work Motivation questionnaire, which has 19 items and 6 dimensions, and the questionnaire on Organizational Commitment, which consists of 15 items and 3 dimensions. The population will be made up of 84 health personnel, who work in the critical unit: 05 intensive care doctors, 18 nursing graduates and 14 nursing technicians (Intensive Care Unit) and 05 oncologists who rotate through different services, 5 surgeons who They also rotate through other services, 1 emergency doctor, 18 nursing graduates and 18 nursing technicians (Emergency). The design that guides its implementation is non-experimental cross-sectional correlational, and the data collection technique will be the survey. For data analysis and processing, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics will be used to contract hypotheses where correlation test statistics will be used: Pearson's correlation coefficient or Spearman's correlation coefficient. The work motivation questionnaire was validated through the KMO measure of 0.706 and reliability was obtained with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.834 (Good), and through construct validation and internal consistency tests for the organizational commitment questionnaire.
