They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search for evidence is developed systematically with selection criteria, articles with full text have been restricted and The selected articles were subjected to critical reading. In the final selection, ten articles were chosen. It is observed that the origin of the evidence found must indicate that; 20% (2/10) corresponds to the USA, 20% (2/10) corresponds to China, and the remaining 60% (6/10) corresponds to Italy, Greece, Vietnam, Chile, Mexico and Colombia respectively. Results: According to the results obtained, it can be seen that of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 100% demonstrate that Psychoeducational Programs aimed at family members are effective in improving adherence to treatment in patients with schizophrenia. Conclusions: 10 of 10 (10/10) articles studied conclude that Psychoeducational Programs aimed at family members are effective in improving adherence to treatment in patients with schizophrenia.
