Materials and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, which consists of the search, location, recovery, analysis and integration of scientific knowledge on a specific research question, which allows minimizing biases that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology and high quality of evidence, using the grade system to assign the strength of recommendation. Results: According to the results obtained from the systematic review, they show that, of the total of 11 articles reviewed, 54.5% (n=06/11) of these, show that both continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and automated peritoneal dialysis have similar results. in quality of life.Conclusions: Both continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and automated peritoneal dialysis have similar results in quality of life.
