The sample under study is 85 nursing staff between nursing graduates and technical staff, the organizational climate questionnaire "Inductive Measure of Psychological Climate" will be used, validated by an expert judgment with agreement of 77.28% by Cronbach's alpha and with 0.969 reliability; for the job satisfaction questionnaire of Sonia Palma Carrillo (1999) validated with 77.28% by expert judgment and 0.94 reliability with Cronbach's Alpha, seeking with the study to measure the significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational climate and job satisfaction.
