    The present study, "HYGIENIC-SANITARY CONDITIONS OF FOOD HANDLERS IN THE MOSHOQUEQUE MARKET, CHICLAYO 2023," aimed to evaluate the hygienic-sanitary conditions of food handlers in the Moshoqueque Market, Chiclayo 2023. Methodology: The study followed a deductive type, observational and cross-sectional design, with a descriptive level. It included 150 meat vendors from the Moshoqueque Market in Chiclayo. Data were collected using a checklist during May and June 2023. The checklist consisted of 39 questions to verify the dimensions proposed in the study. Results: The findings showed that 56% of those evaluated demonstrated good hygienic-sanitary conditions. Additionally, 67.3% of the premises had good infrastructure, and the surrounding environment was healthy. About 58% of the premises demonstrated proper handling of utensils and food, while 55.3% of food handlers evidenced good hygienic conditions for food handling. Furthermore, 58% of those evaluated showed good solid waste management. Conclusion: In this study, 56% of the food handlers in the Moshoqueque Market were found to have good hygienic-sanitary conditions.
