Materials and Methods: Quantitative approach, following a descriptive model and cross-sectional design. The study's result will optimize human resources by identifying risks and subsequently minimizing them by implementing strategies, preventive measures, and controls that enable preventive actions, ensuring the health of all nursing staff in the sterilization center. The study population consisted of 8 nurses and 26 nursing technicians, totaling 36 workers from the sterilization center of a Private Clinic who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument to be used was a 15-question questionnaire, measured on three scales: Always (3), Sometimes (2), Never (1). Data will be manually tabulated using the predetermined scale scores and codes, and the results will be statistically classified into three levels based on risk: Low 15-24, Medium 25-34, High 35-45.
