    Self-care capacity in patients with chronic kidney disease under kidney replacement therapy - hemodialysis at the Regional Hospital of Ica, 2020

    Objective: To determine the self-care capacity in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing renal replacement therapy - hemodialysis at the regional hospital of Ica, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional design. The sample will consist of 60 adult patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection will be carried out using the survey called "Self-care assessment of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment," developed by Cabrera, which showed a reliability of 0.86 according to Cronbach's Alpha. For data analysis, a database will be created in Excel version 2019, which will then be exported to SPSS V26 software, to be used for interpretation through frequency tables, histograms, and cross-tabulation.
