    The present investigation called family functioning and leadership in adolescents of a national educational institution. 2022, had as objective to determine the relationship that exists between family functioning and leadership in adolescents of a national educational institution. 2022, for which it developed a descriptive correlational study of nonexperimental cross-sectional design, for data collection the questionnaire technique was used and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The sample used was 165 adolescents, who were given a questionnaire that was validated by expert judgment and submitted to the Bach Chron Alpha reliability test, the results of which are: family functioning questionnaire 0.962 and for the leadership questionnaire 0, 922.Ondcando that these questionnaires have a high reliability.
