    Quality of work life and job satisfaction in workers’ health of the San Juan de Dios Clinical sterilization center, 2023

    The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of working life and job satisfaction in health personnel from the sterilization center, Clínica San Juan de Dios Arequipa, 2023. The Methodology: will be a hypothetical study - deductive, applied type of correlational scope and cross section; The population will be made up of 30 all the nursing staff of the Surgical Center and Central Sterilization of the San Juan de Dios clinic. The instruments that will be used: questionnaire for the quality of work life CVT- Gohisado and for the job satisfaction variable the opinion scale SL - SPC both have reliability and validity indices greater than 0.82 in Cronbach's Alpha. Statistical analysis: it will be carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS programs, the description of the variables will be presented in statistical tables of categorized frequencies and percentages and forthe relationship of variables the Chi-square test will be used through inferential analysis.
