Ítem Acceso abierto Level of stress and organizational climate during the COVID-19 pandemic in health personnel working at the Santa Luzmila II maternal and child center in the district of Comas September – November 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-12-12) Mendieta Aguero, Lourdes Elizabeth; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaObjective: The main objective of the research project is to determine the relationship between stress levels and organizational climate during the COVID-19 pandemic among healthcare staff working at the Centro Materno Infantil Santa Luzmila II. Methodology: The research will adopt a quantitative approach, with an applied type and non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample will consist of 150 healthcare workers who directly care for COVID-19 patients and meet the inclusion criteria. Techniques and Instruments: The data collection technique will be a survey. The questionnaire used to measure stress levels will be the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which consists of 22 questions with three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. For measuring the organizational climate during the pandemic, a questionnaire on organizational climate to face the pandemic will be employed. This questionnaire includes 25 questions covering six dimensions: leadership, cohesion and conflict management, communication, institutional resources, training, and the pandemic context.
