    Ensuring the availability of medications allows compliance with the pharmacological treatment of the population. In this sense, this research aims to determine the relationship between supply management and the availability of medications in the health establishments of the Directorate of Integrated Health Networks Lima Sur. 2023, where the type of study had a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design; and the information that was collected was from 198 managers of the Pharmacy service of health establishments. To determine the relationship of the variables, the survey technique was applied and the Likerttype questionnaire was used as an instrument. Where the statistical results showed that there is a significant relationship between medication supply management and medication availability with Spearman's Rho coefficient (rs = 0.352), thus establishing a medium positive relationship between the values, and a level of significance (0.05) equal to 0.01. From the information obtained, it is concluded that medication supply management is significantly related to the availability of medications in the health establishments of the Directorate of Integrated Health Networks Lima Sur-2023.
