Publicación Acceso abierto Actitud, conocimiento y uso de tecnologías de la información y comunicación y la práctica docente en una Universidad Privada – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-26) Mendoza Barrios, Jesús Richard; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaThis research study had as general objective to determine the relationship between attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies and the teaching practice in a private university - 2022. The methodology used in the study was based on the positivist paradigm, hypothetical deductive method; this research is applied´s type, descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, observational and correlational. tThe population consisted of 250 teachers and the sample was 114 teachers, using two highly reliable instruments that went through the validity and reliability being highly reliable. The results demonstrated the existence of low levels for the variable attitude, knowledge and use of ICT with 43% and for the practice it was 55.3% teaching, The non-parametric test of Spearmen's Rho was applied for the correlation between the variables, obtaining a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, so, university teachers are not prepared in the attitude, knowledge and use of ICT; and this makes it difficult for the teacher to carry out a good teaching practice.Publicación Acceso abierto Adherencia al tratamiento farmacoterapéutico en pacientes adultos con hipertensión arterial que acuden a una botica de San Juan de Lurigancho. Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-22) Alegría Visitación, Iris Christina; Cárdenas Núñez, Aracelli del Pilar; Mendoza Barrios, Jesús RichardIn recent years, arterial hypertension has become a persistent problem that is significantly increasing among adults due to the lack of adherence to treatment. Objective: To evaluate adherence to pharmacotherapeutic treatment in adult patients with arterial hypertension who attend a pharmacy in San Juan de Lurigancho – Lima – Peru, 2023. Methodology: Deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, observational design, cross-sectional, and descriptive level. A total of 300 patients were surveyed. Results: 69.7% of adult patients with arterial hypertension showed low adherence to their pharmacotherapeutic treatment, 19% showed medium adherence, and only 11.3% showed high adherence. Conclusion: It was determined that 69.7% of hypertensive adult patients attending a pharmacy in San Juan de Lurigancho present low adherence to their pharmacotherapeutic treatment. Furthermore, 77% of respondents in general reported that taking medication daily is considered uncomfortable when coping with the treatment plan.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados a reacciones adversas de anticonceptivos hormonales en usuarias del Centro de Salud Materno Infantil Pachacútec Perú – Corea, Callao 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-08-31) Hurtado Chauca, Jannet; Taype Huamani, Edith Victoria; Mendoza Barrios, Jesús RichardThe objective of this research was to analyze the factors associated with adverse reactions to hormonal contraceptives in users of the Pachacútec Peru-Korea Maternal and Child Health Center, Callao, 2023. Methodology: A correlational study was conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS V25. Results were presented in frequency tables, and the Chi-square and Cramer's V tests were used to rule out hypotheses. Results: 156 users aged 18 to 50 were studied. It was found that 48.7% of women using medroxyprogesterone experienced adverse metabolic reactions, while 25.0% of those using etonogestrel experienced adverse reproductive reactions. Users using concomitant medications experienced fewer adverse metabolic reactions (56%)." In comorbidities, a significant relationship was found at the level of the gastrointestinal system (42.7%), compared to those without such comorbidities (23.5%). The Cramer's V coefficient indicates a weak relationship (Cramer's V = 0.205). No association was found with harmful habits. Conclusion: A weak association was found with hormonal contraceptive characteristics, concomitant medications, and comorbidities, but not with harmful habits.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores determinantes de aceptación a la vacunación contra la Covid 19 en usuarios que acuden a la farmacia Pharmasalud del distrito de San Martín de Porres. This research aimed to evaluate the determining factors of acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccination among users who visit the Pharmasalud pharmacy in the San Martin de Porres district. The methodology applied was descriptive and cross-sectional. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 366 people who visit the Pharmasalud pharmacy in the San Martin de Porres district between August and September 2023. The evaluation consisted of 18 questions. The dimensions of the determining factors were information about the vaccination, history of deceased relatives, medical history, and sources of information. The results obtained for the determining factors showed that 51% were informed, while 24% (NO), in the history of deceased relatives, 56% indicated that they did have deceased relatives, while 75% did not have any medical history. We can conclude that there is a relationship between information about vaccination and the history of deceased relatives with the acceptance of vaccination.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores relacionados a la no adherencia en la terapia farmacológica de pacientes hipertensos en la Clínica la Luz Sede San Martín de Porres, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-20) Chávez Coronado, Lisbeth Inés; Cruz Villar, María Elyerenil; Mendoza Barrios, Jesús RichardThe primary objective of this study was to identify the factors associated with non-adherence to pharmacological therapy in patients diagnosed with hypertension at Clínica La Luz in San Martín de Porres during 2023. This research followed a hypothetical-deductive methodological approach, using a quantitative approach. It was framed within the category of applied research with a correlational scope, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample obtained consisted of 234 individuals, selected using a formula for finite populations, who were administered a questionnaire after obtaining their informed consent. According to the results, a significant association was revealed between the analyzed factors and non-adherence, with a correlation coefficient of 0.75, indicating a strong relationship. Specifically, treatment and risk factors showed a significant association with non-adherence to pharmacological therapy." of patients with hypertension at the La Luz Clinic in San Martín de Porres. Furthermore, it was concluded that socioeconomic factors were associated with a lower level of adherence to medication; while daily and office activities and alcohol consumption hindered adherence to treatment.
