    Cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de dispensación en boticas y farmacias del distrito de Santa Anita. Lima 2021

    The objective was to analyze compliance with Good Dispensing Practices (GDP) in drugstores and pharmacies in the Santa Anita district, Lima, in 2021. Methodology: The study used a deductive, quantitative, observational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 131 drugstores and 18 pharmacies registered with DIGEMID. A checklist tool with four dimensions was designed for data collection, based on the GDP Manual and using a 'shopping simulation' technique. The dimensions were: I) compliance with the dispensing process, II) dispensing service environment, III) personnel, and IV) documentation. Results: It was reported that 70.2% of drugstores and 100% of pharmacies complied with good dispensing practices in the dispensing process dimension. For the dimensions of dispensing service environment, personnel, and documentation, 100% of both drugstores and pharmacies were in compliance. Conclusion: Based on the research, it was determined that 100% of drugstores and pharmacies in the Santa Anita district, Lima, in 2021, comply with good dispensing practices.
