Material and Methods: The Systemic Review of international research articles is carried out, which have been obtained by searching the databases: Epistemonikos, PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, Science Direct, and Open Access, the search for the articles using the descriptors DECS and MESH for searching in Spanish and English respectively. Results: It is observed that when evaluating the articles, the result was that 60% (6/10) of the articles reviewed correspond to Brazil, 10% (1/10) correspond to Switzerland, 10% (1/10 ) corresponds to Sweden, 10% (1/10) corresponds to England and 10% (1/10) corresponds to Costa Rica. Conclusions: It is found that 8 out of 10 of the evidence studied are effective for nursing interventions in the management of the Manchester triage system in improving the flow of patient care in the emergency service. While 2 out of 10 of the evidence indicates that interventions need to carry out complementary studies to achieve effectiveness in their application.
