    The need of the human being to be healthy has always been noted at various stages for many years, that is why science has dedicated itself to creating medical devices that help to recover health, the maintenance and sterilization of these instruments for the use of people is one of the tasks facing central sterilization. Objective: "To determine the level of knowledge and practices carried out in the blue area by the nursing staff at the central sterilization of the company T&CH. Method: Hypothetical-deductive, of an applicative, quantitative, correlational and transversal type. The sample will consist of 40 nursing staff from the company T&CH. The survey will be used for the first variable and a checklist for the second variable, adopted by Eustaquio Fernández, these being validated and reliable to measure the variables. The collected data will be processed to the SPSS v26.0 programa.
