    The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between polypharmacy and quality of life in elderly users of pharmacies in Cercado de Lima, Lima, 2023. A hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational study was conducted using a questionnaire administered to 286 elderly adults selected through systematic probabilistic sampling. For statistical analysis, SPSS version 25.0 was used, and the chi-square test of independence was employed at a significance level of 5% to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that polypharmacy was present in 66.1% of the sample, and quality of life was fair in 52.1%. Polypharmacy was found to be related to quality of life, with a p-value less than 0.05." (p=0.000); likewise, a relationship was found between polypharmacy and quality of life at the level of the Physical Component (p=0.000) and the Mental Component (p=0.000). It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between polypharmacy and quality of life in elderly users of pharmacies in Cercado de Lima, Lima 2023.
