    Emotional intelligence and job performance of the nursing professional in the home care program, Lima 2023

    The objective of this research study is to: "Determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and the job performance of nursing professionals." The population will be made up of 69 nurses who work in Padomi Lima. Sample: the total population. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. Observational, descriptive, cross-correlational design. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "emotional intelligence" the questionnaire modified by Moreano in 2018 will be used, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha of 0.801 and to evaluate the variable "Work performance" the questionnaire designed by Yabar in 2016 will be applied, reliable through Alpha of Cronbach's of 0.968. The data collection technique will be the survey. For data processing and analysis, the SPSS26.0 program will be considered; as well as Microsoft Excel to export tables or graphs. The proposed hypothesis will be verified by applying Spearman's Rho test.
