    This research is focused on studying the management of missionary of operational proccesses and their impact on the quality pf care. It has been carried out to understand the relevance to executing these process, properly, because they have direct influence on patient satisfaction. Likewise, it should be noted that it’s expected that the information presented will allow to propose better strategies in the health institution and above all in CENEX, thus improving the quality of care provided. I’s main objective of study is to determine the relationship between management of missionary processes and quality of care in the users of the CENEX of the regional hospital of ICA-20222. The method used was observational – correlational, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The data was collected through were executed in 81 users of the CENEX of the mentioned hospital. Regarding the results, itw as possible surveyed, 51.9% perceive that the management of missionary proccesses is regular, 32.1% believe that it’s bad an only 16% that it’s good. Likewise, in terms of quality of care, 40.8% think that it’s regular, 29.6% that it’s bad and 29.6% that it’s good. According to the analysis carried out, it’s denoted « that there is a positive correlation » according to the Rho Spearman statistic equal to 0.268, between the management of missionary processes and quality of care.
