The research study was carried out with the objective of "determining transformational leadership and organizational commitment in Arequipa medical technologists during the covid19 pandemic, Arequipa 2023". The developed methodology is applied quantitative, observational, correlational and cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 175 medical technologists from Arequipa and had a sample of 120 medical technologists from Arequipa. The technique for data collection was the survey and two questionnaires as validated instruments. The transformational leadership variable with 4 dimensions and 40 items. The other variable transformational commitment has 3 dimensions and 21 items. For data analysis, the SPSS Statistics 27 program was used, for the hypothesis test the non-parametric Spearman correlation coefficient (Rho) test was used. Results Among the results it was observed that there is a significant and positive correlation between the study variables. In addition, 74.2% of medical technologists perceive transformational leadership as regular, while 55% of medical technologists perceive a medium level in terms of the variable of organizational commitment. Conclusion, transformational leadership was significantly correlated with organizational commitment (p-value =0.000, Rho =0.602).
