En el estudio se trabajó con la población total de 66 integrantes del personal de enfermería. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue mediante la escala de Likert. En la variable del Clima organizacional predomina el nivel Regular para el personal de Enfermería en un 71.2%. En la variable Satisfacción predomina el nivel Medio para el personal de Enfermería en un 83.3%. En la variable del Clima organizacional predomina el nivel Regular. En la variable Satisfacción predomina el nivel Medio para el personal de Enfermería. Methodology: The selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE assessment to identify their level of evidence. Results: The result of the study indicates that 80% of the articles reviewed affirm that non-invasive mechanical ventilation is effective, while 20% state that it is not, but in this case, they suggest further studies. Using databases such as Pubmed, Medline, Elsevier, and Scielo, 10 articles from different regions of the world were studied, including three meta-analyses, two cross-sectional descriptive studies, and one quasi-experimental study, prospective cohort, retrospective cohort, longitudinal experimental, and analytical descriptive, all supporting the effectiveness of non-invasive mechanical ventilation. It is worth mentioning that no studies were found on this topic in Peru, or they have not been published. The data collection technique is the survey and the instrument used is the Likert scale.
