    Relationship between musculoskeletal pain and work stress in teachers who perform remote work in schools in the SJL district, 2023

    This research aimed to determine the relationship between musculoskeletal pain and work-related quality of life in bus drivers of the Roma line in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL), 2022. A quantitative, observational, correlational, and cross-sectional study was conducted. The sample consisted of 110 drivers. The Nordic questionnaire by Kourinka and the Work Quality of Life questionnaire (CVT-GOHISALO) were used as instruments. Results: The average age of participants was 39.99 years. 100% of participants reported musculoskeletal discomfort, with the most common locations being the dorsal or lumbar region (46.4%) and the neck (39.1%). Most workers did not modify their tasks due to musculoskeletal pain (68.2%). A statistically significant relationship was found between musculoskeletal pain and various dimensions of work-related quality of life, with p-values < 0.005 in all cases. It was concluded that musculoskeletal pain is related to a worse work-related quality of life in these dimensions.
